[APD] Petswarehouse suit dismissed in Novak 2

There are some lose ends but they will come crashing down and be dismissed as well later.
The other cases(the other incarnations that spawned from all this, Novak 3, 1 etc) will fair even worse I would suspect for the plaintiff.

Bankrupt, loss the site's domain name and had the case dismissed except for as few folks which will not be that difficult to beat.
