[APD] PO4 inoragic fraction binding

I was reviewing a paper in the fate of wetland PO4 by dosing KH2PO4 into the system.

Some meat from the paper:
About 83-85% of the PO4 dosed was removed by periphyton and macrophytes, 13% was preciptated or bound to inorganic complexes. 

I'd like to know what fraction of NO3 and NH4 bacteria, periphyton, algae and macrophytes get from inoraganic doses.
