Is this the unit with a regulator, solenoid, and needle valve built into 
one?

If so, I have one and find it to be fairly decent.  The needle valve is a 
bit rough, and finding the correct bubble rate can take a few tries of 
tightening and loosening it.  But once you have it adjustred, it all works 
pretty well.
