[APD] Want plants in Seattle?

I'm going to be moving and traveling so I need to find a home for my plants.  I have a branch full of java fern, way too much java moss, and a cool plant I picked up at the plant auction that I can't remember the name of.  No algae or fish diseases in the tank, but there are some pond snails.  I've got 6 harlequin rasboras and 2 algae-eating shrimp that need a home too.
