RE: [APD] Digital cameras

Mario, thanks for the recommend. Unfortunately that's out
of my range until we make the down on a house. At Wright's
suggestion I bought a Sharp VE-CG30 that has a Canon lens
and manual mode. So far, my skill level hasn't exceeded its
features and provides all the warts-and-all analytical
detail I'll ever want for about $248 at Fryes Electronics.
I'd have to discover some of Montezuma's lost gold for the
EOS 10D:-) You pronounce your last name Shee-koh-ten'-koh?

Regards,
Bill

ps I would recommend for the budget-minded to look for the Sony
D77 on ebay that Wright uses for roughly what I paid for the Sharp.
There was one offered shortly after I bought my camera.

If you have $1,500 to spend I recommend a Canon EOS
10D Digital is a professional camera, capable to use
all the wide range of EOS lenses of digital and
non-digital Canon cameras.
