[APD] "Pellia" - A fascinating plant gets a new name Monosoleniumtenerum (Old name "Pellia")

Dear All!

Some time ago - some asked about the right name on "Pellia"

The final identification is now finished, and it is published in the newest issue of "The Aquatic Gardener" and in the German "Aqua Planta"!

The right name for the "old Pellia" is Monosolenium tenerum!
