[APD] Stunting Stem Plants

In discussing the relationship between GW and NH4, Tom Barr wrote, "If you 
run the NO3 levels at zero ppm for more than 2 days at high light, stem 
plants stunt."

Tom, have you noticed this behavior in all, most, or some stem plants, and 
if it is the latter, which ones seem to be most susceptible?

Also, it is probable that the correct plural of aqaurium is aquaria, just as 
the correct plural of datum is data (they're both derived from latin words), 
not that anybody actually uses the singular datum anymore.
