[APD] APD and Attached Viruses

I propose we eliminate attachments from APD. I'm sure the new listmanager
software has provisions for stripping them.

Below is the header information that came along with the latest virus I
received from APD since the new software was installed.

Before someone tells me about forged headers, etc., please examine the
header info. As you can see it would take a hell of a virus writer to parse
someone's old header info and forge the info below.

As a result we can be sure it indeed it came via APD.

Please kill the attachments!
