I've had 15 A.barteri var. nana in the same tank for over 18
months. One of the plants flowered twice in a row at first
but then stopped. In spite of considerable leaf, rhizome and
root growth to the point that a large piece of drift wood is
completely covered, I have been unable to get any to flower
again. A mass underwater flowering would be awesome.
I would like to ask anyone who has frequent Anubias
flowerings about their set-ups. Is a specific
day/night-length necessary for flower initiation? What other
parameters do you consider necessary?
Thanks and regards
Stephan
