BGA killing fish?

This isn't directly related to aquatic plants except that it is happening in a planted tank.  I have been fighting with a BGA problem.  I let my nitrates get too low about two weeks ago and then the BGA developed.  Everything is back in line, but the BGA won't go away!!  Then today, I noticed that one of my discus died and an AFF is on it's last legs, too.  Could the BGA be causing this?  Tank parameters are 75 gallon, 260 watts CF, iron=0.1, NO3 between 5 and 10, PO4=0.5, pH=6.8, KH=7.  I dose Seachem Flourish, Trace, Phosphorus, Iron, and Potassium 3x/week.  Nitrates are added via stump remover.  I do a 30 gallon water change every two weeks.  What am I doing wrong that the BGA won't go away?   Should I resort to antibiotics?  I'd rather not, but I'm getting desperate!
