You'd need a export license and it would have to go through customs, even
though it is a territory of the USA. Same with Puerto Rico. Shipping is
expensive and you are looking at a couple of weeks to get it there. If
overnight service is available, which is doubtfull, it would be very very
expensive, like a hundred dollars. To recieve them legally, you would need
an import license, papers for customs, and they can only be sent to an
international airport that recieves imports from that country.
