RE: CO2 Flow Fine Tuning via IV type roller valve

Anyone ever try using an IV-type "roller valve", like used in hospitals,

I sometimes use an IV drip set in my setup, but only for liquids. At low
flow rates like 8 to 10 drops per minute, the tubing tends to close after
an hour or so. I would guess that with the smaller opening required for gas
flows, this would present an even greater challenge.
