these are not normal messages that are being sent to
the group.  these are virused messages.  it's just
that the list strips attachments or renders them as
text files.  that's why it comes out like garbled
text.  if these messages are coming from that address
(and they may not, it may just be a disguised
address), the sender is the virus, not that person.

i have received in the past many virused messages from
aquatic-plants at actwin_com and other members of this
list.  disguised addresses of course, but they are
made to look like it's something you are interested in
so that you'll download the attachments.
