From what I understand of this subject (not a great deal, admittedly) this may well depend on what type of filter membrane your RO has, one type is hydrocarbon-based (therefore it will probably melt when using it to combat kerosene) and the other type is organic and therefore probably won't. To be on the safe side I'd call the manufacturers and check in any case, after all the membrane is easily the most expensive part of any RO filter (about 90% of it's sale value.)
