Cheap cable for DIY lighting

If anyone has a lot of DIY lights to build I came across some cheap cable 
that is suitable (105°C, 16/3):

There is 365 feet of white 16/3 cable. $25 to start, closes in 2 days if 
anyone's interested. I've seen some ballasts offered here recently so maybe 
this wire would be useful to someone here.
