Grant's Stump Remover?

Anyone used this before in the aquarium?  I'm having the darndest time
finding KNO3 around Chapel Hill, N.C., and I can't find Green Light brand
stump remover (as discussed on this list) around here, either.  Grant
Laboratories doesn't seem to have a presence on the web (as far as Google
can tell...).  The label claims that the product does contain potassium
nitrate.
