The one pictured in the top and bottom pictures is
Zosterella dubia.  It's the last plant listed in
Kasselmann (other than the newly introduced ones).  An
easy plant.  It grows all over the place here in PA.  


The other _might_ be emersed Eusteralis stellata, but
it's hard to tell from the photo.  I can't really tell
if there are teeth along the edge of the leaves or
not.  You'll be able to tell soon enough though.
