Just wanted to let the list know about my experience with the new eheim
online shop.  I ordered an impeller and shaft for my 2011.  I have not
had any luck finding it online anywhere else, since it is a pretty old
model.  Their descriptions were not so great, so I ordered the impeller
kit, then the shaft kit.  Well the impeller kit came with the shaft kit,
and they deleted the extra shaft I ordered for me, instead of just
shipping an extra shaft and charging me more for it.  I did not mind the
extra price, as I could find what I needed quickly.  Also, on the thread
on eheim filters, just to give you an idea of the quality of the
filters, this model is at least 17 years old, and is just as silent now
as it was new.  I am impressed at the longevity of this filter.
