I've got all sorts of nicks, scrapes, and cuts from my arm meeting with the 
edge of my ahsupply reflectors...those things are SHARP!  I think I pulled 
something in my back this weekend moving cinderblocks used as a stand for 
some tanks..does that count?  I've never had aquarists elbow, but I have had 
planter's wrist...:)
