Jack, I think that if you would read through the archives of the APD, you 
will find lots and lots of very useful information posted by Tom Barr. Many 
people on this list have had great success growing aquatic plants following 
his suggestions. Who is Tom Barr? He is one of the people on this list that 
takes -his- time to answer our questions,repeatedly. If you need a more 
detailed description of who he is, I suggest that you simply ask him. I bet 
he would tell you, in very simple words that you could understand.
