in my knowledge NaHCO3 is sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and Na2CO3 is sodium carbonate (washing soda - more caustic, used to soften water by precipitating CaCO3). since the carbonate anion has a negative charge of two something like NaH2CO3 is incorrect. yes? elie
