Free plants in Connecticut

I'm moving across the country and am forced to dismantle my 20g planted
tank.  I'm located in Milford, Connecticut (southwestern part of the
state, near New Haven) and the following is available free to anyone who
is willing to pick it up.

Anubias barteri "coffeeafolia"
7 small Anubias barteri var. nana
Java fern (Microsorium pteropus) attached to Mopani wood
Bolbitis heudelotii
small Apongeton crispus
a couple of Amazon swords (most likely E. Bleheri)
lots of hornwort (Ceratophylum demersum)
some small Cryptocoryne wendtii
floating watersprite (Ceratopteris sp.)

Fauna
------
breeding group of 10 cherry barbs
1 blue ram
3 otocinclus
1 ramshorn snail
