Well, another news story has broke on Slashdot.org <http://slashdot.org>

earlier this morning about Novak's Third lawsuit. In less than one (1)
hour there were over 300 messages posted. As one might suspect, most
were critical of Novak.

I also got a PDF version of Novak's lawsuit in Novak III posted to the
web site. It is available at URL
