From the filing info, it appears that it is going after SEARCH ENGINES
for trademark infringement. Overture, Google, Kanoodle, and
Judge-for-yourself are all search engines.
Even though large companies are often inclined to settle, I suspect
the larger search engines involved here will fight this strongly,
since sueing a search engine for trademark infringement would greatly
impact the search engine's business (they wouldn't be able to show
the text from the matching web pages).
Once full info is available for this case, it'll make the news on
Slashdot very quickly.
