Hagen makes a set of brushes that includes a 1/2"
brush attached to 3 feet (approx.) of plastic wiring.
You insert it in the tube and push it as far as you
can and retrieve it. Do this a couple of thimes and
the tube is as good as new.
I assume this can be replicated easily enough with the
correct materials.
