Hi, Steve, Without knowing a few vital facts, like the size of the aquarium, I'd guess that overcrowding could be a factor. You have or had at least 115 fish in that tank. That is a lot unless the tank is very big. Overcrowding causes stress which can lead to all kinds of problems. Good luck! Bill
