Hi all,
Tetra makes a two pack of aquarium use specific syringes (10 ml. and 20 ml.) 
usually available at PetSmart or your local LFS, graduated in 1 cc. segments. 
Cheap, and the tips are made to attach to airline tubing if you need it.

There are also many feeding type syringes marketed to the salt water/reef 
segment that serve the same purpose.
