Feeding Plants

On another list we have more or less adopted the practice that plants that
can absorb nutriment [ and therefore iron and trace elements ] through
throtr leaves, at least mainly will do well with liquid plant food [ used at
the right dose., and judiciously ], while mainly root/rhizome plants will do
best with the insertion quite close to the root system [ about 1/4 to 1/2
inch ] of jobe sticks of the ''wheat'' kind.
This seems to do the trick every time, and overall is pretty inexpensive.

Tony.
