Hi Sam,

       Phillips makes a "Daylight" screw in CF that I have had a lot of 
success with. I dont remember the specs but I think they put out 40 or 50 
watts each at around a 5000k color temp. I dont know about lumens, but if you 
are limited in space, these should work will for you.
