Does anyone know whether of not the Sera Nitrate test kit converts the Nitrate to Nitrite in the testing process? If a Nitrate test kit has more than one reagent, then is it a safe guess to assume that it is first converted to Nitrite? What about the Aquarium Pharmacauticals? Does their Nitrate test kit convert to Nitrite in the test?
