Eheim ehfisubstrat

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me what the standard amount volume of the sintered glass 
biomedia is recommended by Eheim for the 2217 and 2028 Pro II Cannister 
filters? I canot find it in my owner's manuals or the Eheim website. I think 
It is one liter for the 2217 and 2 liters for the 2028. I just want to write 
this down in case I need to set it up as recommended. Thanks for any help.
