Hi,

It's like pornography - we all know it when we see it or read about it.

The terms are two collective modifiers that point to quite different ways to 
manage an aquatic environment.   Whether a certain technique belongs with one 
or the other can be argued endlessly without agreement.  More a
classification issue than anything else.

But, high tech and low tech cost about the same over a year?  Well,
now . . .
