Algae help

Hi Folks,

I'm having a minor algae problem with my planted tank. I get what
I'm guessing is staghorn algae growing on the topmost leaves on my
plants. You can check out some of the pictures here:

specifically,

I've read through the archives, and even done a google search on
rec.aquaria.freshwater.plants and didn't find much useful info on
how to get rid of it. Any suggestions?

Considering getting a SAE and a couple of shrimp (in addition to
my 7 ottos). Don't think they'll eat this stuff though.

BTW, here's the specs for my tank:
20x-tall, pressurize CO2 (~20ppm). Ph 6.6, KH 3-4, Nitrates 10-5ppm,
3.5 wpg, 100% fluorite substrate, dosing with TMG 1x a week. 50%
WC/week.

Also, I'm getting some holes in the hygro, I've read that this may
be a K defiency, I just picked up some Sulfate of Potash, should
I start dosing? I'll start the PMDD regieme once the TMG runs out.

Thanks,
-Eric
