Well, just the CO2 will cost between $10 and $20 for 5 pounds in my
part of the country.  You can get bargains sometimes if you buy more --
say 10 pounds.

A new steel bottle to hold 5 pounds CO2 will cost about $80-$120. 
There are bargains to be found, especially if you can find an old tank
that is over five years past its test date -- and you can find someone
to test it -- or you can find someone to refill it even though it past
date ;-0 -- not recommended.
