Be very careful about that..... "fair use" would probably cover you
photocopying the article for your own use, but not for distributing it
widely to others. And you couldn't post the article or a pdf of the article
to the web without prior written permission (from both the authors and the
magazine). "Fair use" covers things like reviews and partial (less than 10%)
quotes of a protected work.
