Us and them? I can say with absolute certainty that Robert is one of "us".

Do you honestly think that those of us who were named in this 
lawsuit, amended complaint/s; defendants and proposed defendants, 
aren't "as" upset as you are? I assure you that we are taking this 
very seriously and will continue to do so.

I appreciate the fact that you care about this issue, but I think 
you're wrong in thinking that ridicule is going to get anyone 
anywhere in terms of this lawsuit. That might have some effect 
against your opponent in baseball and hockey games. This isn't a 
sport.
