I'd like to support what Brian, Robert, and Rachel have
already said. Alan, have you read the 2nd Amended
Complaint that was issued last week? Your statements
about the IRS and Mr. Novak's computer, as well as
Edward Venn's comment about Filipino hackers,
are quoted in that document.

This is not helpful to the defendants. The amended
complaint is already loaded with statements that many
consider to be figments of Mr. Novak's over-active
imagination. The kinds of statements you and Edward
made can be potentially damaging to the credibility of
the defendants. I am not suggesting that we stop
discussing the lawsuit,  just that we tone down the rhetoric
out of respect for the defendants.
