Novak's goading

This what i've been saying for months. Novak comes here
and trolls for angry flames, which he then lifts out of
context to present to the judge. If the judge sees 50
messages from list members detailing how we'll ruin him,
the judge may find it compelling.

Really, simply pointing out the barest facts of this
case tells people all they need to know. I haven't
heard anyone say, "gee, this novak guy sounds all right,
what's his website again?" after hearing about a merchant
who sues former customers.

Try to realize that your comments here may have some
very negative consequences for others, namely the
defendants.
