Hi Robert,

Should I infer from this that you don't consider Bobby's actions
either threatening or insulting?  Sorry, but I consider them both.
Ridicule has historically been one of the most effective means of
addressing evil and stupidity.  Benjamin Franklin used it effectively
to achieve many goals for our nation during its formation.  If I am
not as eloquent as him then at least I try.  Maybe you should try not
to take all this so seriously.  What I see as most unfortunate is that
you DO consider Bobby to be one of us.  If this is an "us and them"
situation, where does that leave you?  I know where it leaves me.

Whether you address comments to Novak or not to me seems unimportant
as
compared to purposefully making comments to insult him or in some way
infer a
threat to him. This is in no way productive and only allows him to
cloud the
legal issues with his theories of conspiracy, as evidenced in his
amendment
which goes into detail about your private comments to him and the
overall
impression it creates that we are a bunch of lunatics out to get him.
I do
not want to give any more fuel to this fire. Debating the legal issues
and
legal grounds of his lawsuit is much more productive.

During the entire time he claimed he was not given access to this
list, we
told him that was ridiculous and he could post whatever he liked. Now
that
he has chosen to do this as much as some of us dislike his comments,
he has
as much right to express himself here as we do.
