plant restrictions
if it is illegal to sell some plants (some hygrophila, for instance),
but so far is still legal to own them, is it still legal to give them
away? is it also legal to send them by post? i'm sure no one is going to
open packages to see, but just out of curiosity, does the current set of
rules relating to plant sales have anything to do with hobbyist trading?
