It's not easy for me to say that.   The lawsuit is an attack on freedom of 
speech ON THIS LIST.

I don't know about others, but I treat my freedom of speech with great 
respect.  Anyone who attacks it is in for real big trouble.  I think the 
subject of how and why this list is used by posters and readers is the most 
important topic for this list to discuss (hopefully not a great 
length).   But as needed.
