I don't even remember what the actual statements that prompted the lawsuit are. All I know is after reading these latest posts of 'pw' and previous ones I would quit keeping aquariums or anything else before I would do ANY business with PetsWarehouse. Solely because of 'pw's delusional gloating and desperate attempts to sway members of this list. Sounds like someone's sphincter is a little too squinched. LOL
