For what it's worth, I think it would be an excellent idea to carry the 
discussion about the petswarehouse lawsuit to another forum.  This list 
really should stick to discussion of aquatic plants.  I am new to this list 
and am grateful for all the expert advice regarding water gardening, but I'm 
put off by the arguments over the lawsuit--if not uninterested.  The tone of 
the exchange on this topic has been a little low and some of it is 
unpleasantly uncomfortable to read.  Although I am interested in the 
ramifications of the issue regarding free speech and reputations, I didn't 
join the list for this and would prefer not to have the extra space taken up 
in my mailbox for it.
