JoAnn:Any local body shop supply should have repair
kits intended for the flexible(urethane) bumpers used
on automoblles(Look for 3M,Mar-Hyde,etc)....but how
this repair material will withstand heat is an
unknown.
Many facilities also specialize in the repair of these
bumpers,as well as other plastic auto parts,so having
the crack "plastic welded" is another option.
   Another potential repair material may be one of the
many types of epoxy(s) made by DEVCON and other
companies(likely available from your local
Graingers)(Acklands-Grainger on my side of the border)
