Folks, don't let the pathetic, juvenile rabble rouser bait you.  The recent 
posts from "pets" should show you the character of the person behind 
them.  He can't even sign his name to the posts.  It's sad, 
really.  Anyway, the APD is a forum for discussing aquatic plants, not 
engaging idiots.  Go to John Benn's "Aquarist & the Law" forum to discuss 
or ask questions about the case (you may have to copy the link and paste it 
in your browser):
