Yes, and I find it interesting to note the sense of "gloating" as you
put the following on your post:

"John Benn reported the APD defense Fund expended in excess of $10,000
to Mr. Miller for his legal services. Mr. Miller stated the defense fund
is substantially exhausted with respect to the settling parties as of
February 27th."

So that statement in concert with your other statement:

"The Aquatic Plant listserv "APD", M Rosenstein, T Barr, R. Hudson, Ann
"offy" Hahn backed out of the settlement, the litigation will continue
against them. Additionally C Powers, J Benn and Petsforum Group Inc,
CompuServe and the LI Better Business Bureau will be included in the
amended complaint.
Judge W. Wall ordered that plaintiff shall advise the Court by April
16th the status of all parties. Plaintiff must file an amended complaint
by March 22nd."

Implies that you believe you have them over a barrel?

Honestly, this is going to wake up an even bigger beast you cannot tame.
Wouldn't NOW be the right time to be noble and put all this nonsense to
rest?
