I can tell you that I have a 29 running with DIY CO2 and only 2 20W
bulbs on it. The tank only has "easy" plants in it (eg, Hygro), but the
growth is fast enough that it can almost be seen as it happens. The
plants usually add 1/2" - 1" every day.
