re: sinking driftwood

I hate having to deal with trying to waterlog driftwood, so I avoid that type
altogether. I only use a type from Africa that I have bought at my LFSs under
the names Wellaby Wood and Mongo Root. Very dense and sinks like a stone.
Beautiful shapes and colors. No need for slate or messing with trying to
waterlog it, if that works, which IME, sometimes does and sometimes doesn't.
It is not cheap, but worth every penny.
