Actually, it is even simpler than that.   If you use one of my systems, all 
you need is a separate needle valve for each diffusor.   You make your own 
manifold out of CO2 tubing and Tees with a pair of scissors.   I include 
the needed hose, adapters and tees with each needle valve/diffusor 
combination.   If you can configure the parts you use correctly, you can 
probably use the same idea.
