i've recently got an order with petwarehouse, the ohio company, not the one 
involved in the lawsuit.  it's been some years that i had ordered from them, 
but i dont' recall that i ever had a problem with them.  just wondering, if 
their recent name change due to being sold to another company (drs. forster 
and smith) has anything to do with the lawsuit and other issues with 
PETSwarehouse, does anyone know?
